What size SD card / USB Stick do I need for map update?

You can find the required SD card / USB stick size in each product description. The software should be unzipped using WinZip or an equivalent program using a Windows Laptop/PC.

Do you accept returns?

As the items we sell are software - we do not offer returns. This is not to say that we won't help you with any issues you may have, all you need is to contact us.

How soon will I receive my item?

Orders are sent within 24 hours, but usually much quicker than this. Please ensure you add your email address on the last step of the checkout.

Please read the instructions carefully and make sure you use Windows PC, if you are still facing problems - please contact our support.

How can I be sure that the update will work for my car?

To make sure that it will work we always require to send 17 digit car VIN number, it can be found in vehicle registration document.

This product includes map data download link, instruction and activation license pin code, allows to:

update current COMAND NTG5.5 map
enable navigation for retrofitted and changed head-units
convert region for imported cars

We will need 17 digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) in order to provide the map update and you will need 16GB or bigger SD card or USB stick in NTFS format to install map date to the navigation system
